Take a look at the list of foods that others have submitted as their killer foods. Notice a theme of chocolate and sweets in general.
Identifying which foods are "killers" or "diet busters" is the first step in establishing control around them. You know these foods are trouble for you, so consider implementing some strategies around them. For example, consider buying one big bakery cookie when you have a craving for cookies, instead of a whole bag which you know you will eat.
If you want a milkshake, consider ordering the smallest size and then enjoying the entire shake. While you might not think you should have it at all, isn't a small less damaging than a large?

What I'm trying to say is:
Learn how to live WITH the foods you love, not WITHOUT. And most importantly...
...be kind to yourself. I can feel your frustration and pain through the internet waves :(
Fall down 10 times, get up 11. It's frustrating, I know, but you can do it!
