You refer to The Biggest Loser a few times...my FAVORITE show by the way. I love it because it's so inspiring, but I don't like it because the rate of weight loss isn't realistic.
It would truly be a REALITY show if we saw contestants losing 1/2-1 pound per week...but I doubt that would pull in very good ratings. :)
Sure, if we had nothing else to do but workout 4 hours or more a day and live in a food controlled environment weight loss would be easier!
I love the story of the tortoise and the hare. Remember the moral?
