I would love to lose like you and be down to 150 a year out.
I keep saying I will exercise. I will...but fail.
I am wondering how you handled some things like bra sizing...I have three different bras that fit well...I mean different sizes.
I have yet to go to get sized professionally. I mean the woman at Lane Bryant did it over my clothes........
So, I have issues with the bra lasting the whole day as before.
I am down a heck of a lot and wondering if I need the BP meds still, and going to get my breathing machine recalibrated on Thursday.
I eat when stressed and right now, I am wondering if that will stop.
I have had dumping a few times but it was the denseness of the food...and I do not learn by reading of other's experiences...no, I fully experience it for myself.
Just had wheat toast with reduced fat peanut butter for supper. I have had issues with constipation. Does that go away? It really kicked in once I had the iron supplement for two weeks. I am glad that I am able to go finally but when it did not move it was agony.

Thanks for raising a VERY important point...
...that WLS isn't a quick fix and that it doesn't erase the DESIRE to eat.
