I had a good experience with this plan. I only used the pills if I was eating something with fat. I found that I was taking the pills twice a day on average.
The side effects never triggered due to the low fat content of the foods I ate. I did experience gas, but I was taking a fiber substitute that more than likely contributed.
It is expensive, and I only used this diet option from August til December 2007, and saw fab results. I contributed to the weight loss by bringing my lunches, staying away from unhealthy high fat foods, and drinking a protein shake for a meal replacement in the morning.
I ate lots of fresh fruit in season, and made many salads to start the meal while the aroma of the cooking meat tempted me and my husband to the table. He would not eat salads if he had a choice.
I had just 6 fries over the course of those months from my husband plate.
