I record everything I eat on The Daily Plate. It's an addicting website and has almost every food and brand. Rare ethnic foods though are hard to find so you have to just estimate with substitutes. But it has really helped, I've lost over 15 pounds. But I also joined a gym and go at 5 times a week, so that definitely helps too!
I also love this $5 kitchen scale I bought from Target. It makes recording the correct amount of foods I eat so much easier.
