Special K Diet: Thumbs Down

With the Special K diet you eat two special k meals and one regular meal, plus two special k snacks and anything else you take in is fruit or vegetables or water.

When I first started it, I was fine. It got boring after a few days though, because of the limited flavors. Everything is just sweet after sweet after sweet. I started craving salty things, so I kinda cheated every few days with a few potato chips.

Also, after about a week and a half on the diet, I started feeling sick after I ate some of the special k stuff, like meal bars, snack bars, etc. I looked online and other people have noticed it as well. Turns out I was feeling sick because the special k meal and snack bars were causing me to develop a soy allergy, so I decided to quit.

I can't say that I lost much (if any) weight on this plan.

PS: I haven't had problems with anything else with soy in it since then.
