I've been a dietitian for 17 years, and I've yet to meet the person who is overweight or suffers from poor health from eating too many bananas.

Yes, it's true, they have more calories than some other fruits. But chances are you'll eat only one.

It's unusual to hear someone say they just can't stop eating bananas and have to go back and back and back to the fruit bowl for a second, third, and fourth serving.

Nutrition Facts of a Banana "Special" ...Invented by ME

I'll share a secret with you. I'm a dietitian and I try to eat healthy.

Whenever I travel or just need a quick snack on the go, I'll go to a coffee shop or a convenience store and purchase a banana. But...

...I also grab a coffee cup, a knife, a fork, and 1 individual container of flavored coffee creamer.

I slice up the banana and pour the flavored coffee creamer on top. (Sometimes I use skim milk.) If they have cinnamon, I add that too. I stir it all together and voila...

...I have a GREAT, YUMMY, FILLING, HEALTHY snack...

...with only ~ 150 calories! Try it.
