chocolate sticks - one at a time!

I have never met a piece of chocolate I didn't like. I try to stay within the 60 cal sticks of it, but sometimes that just isn't enough. When I really can't stand it anymore, I eat enough that I want to throw up. That usually calms my craving for at least several months! Is this health? Probably not, but the alternative of eating large amounts daily isn't either.

Put it to good use!

How about combining your chocolate cravings with something good for you, like chocolate covered bananas or strawberries or dried fruit? This will address your craving, be more filling and help associate chocolate with other than guilt!
