How to use this free workout chart
Print out a minimum of 30 copies (enough for one month).
Punch holes in copies and place pages in a three ring binder.
Use your daily exercise journal in one of two ways:
- Plan your workout in advance (how much weight and how many reps you plan to do and/or how much cardio you'll do).
- Fill in your blank workout log as you train. Keep one printable workout log sheet with you (or the entire binder if you desire) during your workout, and record how much weight and how many reps you do and/or how much cardio you do.
Review your exercise and training logs monthly to see how far you've come.
