This is a great way to start off your day with 3 servings of protein (~21 grams)!
1. Dice turkey slices into small bits and place in small skillet. Cook on low until they start to brown, then turn once.
2. Pour eggbeaters on top of turkey and cook until eggs start to set. Turn once.
3. Sprinkle cheese over the top and fold in half.
150 calories, 21 grams protein, 6 grams fat.
Serve with 1/2 cup mixed fruit.
