Help with Nutrition for Weight Loss

I am a 23 year old male. Height = 5' 9" Weight = 190 pounds. Most of my weight is carried around my mid section. I have been exercising for about 5 weeks now and can't seem to lose weight. I know my diet needs work. Wondering what I can do nutritionally to make my weight loss happen.

Answer:

Start keeping a daily food journal and review it at the end of each week to determine where excess calories may be slipping in.

Make sure you have any other weight loss tools you need!

You can also "jump start" weight loss by utilizing diet meal delivery. It takes all the guesswork out of what to eat, and you get a lesson on nutritional balance and portion control at every meal.

Of course if you want personalized nutrition counseling and ongoing personal support, contact me to set up a phone consultation with you.
