Ever eat something SO good you catch yourself closing your eyes and saying MMM MMM MMM!! I've found mine!

1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt (comes in a 32 ounce tub - 80 calories per cup)
1 Tablespoon instant white chocolate flavored pudding mix (approx 25 calories)

Mix together, stirring well until smooth. Try to savor slowly but I know you won't be able to! The cool creaminess...the white chocolate flavor...pure bliss on a spoon...a sin you can feel good about. At 8 ounces, it's a very satifying 100 calorie treat.

MMMM....Hmmmm

I definitely like this idea for a sweet treat with low calories!

However, for the PURISTS out there, who would like to avoid chemicals, including artificial sweeteners, I'd suggest using plain nonfat yogurt (nonfat Greek yogurt is very good) + 1 tsp. of real maple syrup (very flavorful so you don't need very much). This treat would cost you ~110 calories, but would be free of chemicals.

I add this idea simply because of my "purist" food philosophy deeply instilled as a result of my work at Canyon Ranch Health Resort. "Food is more than numbers," is a philosophy you will often hear me speak and write about! (I recognize, however, that not everyone wants to live by this philosophy!)
