How to eat

by Diana K.
(Jamestown,NY)

I have had anorexia and ednos for over 26 years. I am going to be 40 and need to gain at least 20 pounds safely. I have restricted so much and I am not sure where to begin. My health insurance will not cover a dietitian unless you are diabetic.

Healthy eating habits can be established one at a time!

Use the information on how to plan nutritionally balanced meals and these quick healthy menu suggestions to get started.

It's unfortunate that insurance doesn't cover a visit with a dietitian, but it may be worth every penny to pay out of pocket to get the help you need!
