Sweets! You name it, I crave it...Cakes, cookies, candy...
Sweets are definitely out to get me! I have the hardest time fighting my sweet tooth cravings.
I have found the only way to defeat it is to not have any of it in the house at all (which is not fair to my kids or hubby).
But if its here I will eventually eat it and probably eat it all :(
Even the protein bars by Slim Fast are too much of a temptation for me I can never just eat one.
Anyone else have this issue? If so how do you beat the sweets?
