If your schedule does not coincide with my schedule, please contact me and I can make arrangements to see you in my private practice office on the east side of town.
If you don't have a lap band doctor, or you're coming from another lap band practice, please contact me directly.
Nutrition Fee Schedule
- Pre-op nutrition assessment (1hr): $70
- Post-op nutrition counseling 1 hr: $70
- Post-op nutrition counseling 1/2 hr: $40
- Multiple Visit Packages:
- 3hr: $195
- 5hr: $299
- 7hr: $385
I accept cash, check, or money order and payment is due at time of service. There is a $25 fee for missed appointments.
