Lose 10 pounds in 1 month

Birthday Pounds

I was wondering how I can lose 10 lbs before my 21st birthday on October 2?

I'm 140 lbs and 5'7". I run at least 6 times a week and weight lift at best 2 times per week. But the pounds won't budge.

I have a history with eating disorders including anorexia and then binge eating disorder, with the latter still affecting me somewhat. I normally eat quite healthy, but carbs and sweets are my major downfall.



Today is Sept 1. That leaves one month to lose 10 pounds. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week, so I think you could come darn close to losing 10 pounds by your b-day!

However, it's going to mean being diligent and consistent with what you eat. I suggest:
